Sunday, Jan. 25^th, 2009:

• First off, we talked about the agenda for our Tuesday meeting. If you are interested on looking at what we did on Tuesday, the minutes are available here.
• We planned on having a badminton social in the Rec Center. More on this will be talked about during the following general meeting.
• We talked about changing our logo, and we are going to have the members be involved in this process. You can submit your electronic logo to our e-mail: tsu.iclub@gmail.com. You can also do it on paper and either submit it to any of our Executive members or put it in our organizational mailbox located inside the CSI office in the SUB.
• We created an e-mail address for everyday, I-Club purposes. Our e-mail address is tsu.iclub@gmail.com.
• We are working on finalizing the International Idol date. As soon as the date is settled, we will inform every member either by e-mail or on the general meeting.
• We will start working on the poster for the International Idol as soon as the date is settled.
• We discussed the abstract of our brand-new event, International Fair. We talked about possible number of booths, possible locations, and possible activities.
• During the meeting, we also talked about our possible social events for the future.

Sunday, Jan. 18^th, 2009:

• We appointed Zeeshan Reshamwala as our secretary. We also asked him to help ease the transition of our Vice President Slavina Stoyanova since she has not been with us during the Fall 2008 semester.
• We are working on having a representative of International Club to represent our club in the Student Senate. We have not appointed anyone yet, but we will be very soon.
• We talked about what we would be doing on the first meeting, which we would have on January the 20^th. We worked on the agenda and for the details of it, you can navigate the the general meeting minutes.
• We talked about the Big Event, which is a community service opportunity for our club. We are given the chance to help out the Kirksville community, and we are encouraging all of you to join.
• After that, we discussed about the ideas on fundraising events.
• We also brainstormed about the social events that we can have. They ideas vary from Bowling night all the way to Hot Chocolate and Cookie social.
• We are also going to create a newsletter, which will be published twice a month.
• Last, we had BooYoung's idea about having some video to recruit some people for our events and organization. We will also create a fan page on facebook.
